What’s worse than a stupid nickname and being a star on one of the worst and most destructive shows on the minds of youths today? Having a fashion sense just as terrible.

This picture was taken while she attended a press conference for the new rendition of “Jersey Shore,” which will take place in Florence, Italy. If this awful combination of leopard print and leather is showing what’s to come, I fear this world is doomed once the new season airs.

Here is one of radio’s biggest artists at the moment, and here she is wearing some sort of cloud? Or maybe it’s a swan ensemble? Nobody really knows for sure.

At the Grammy Awards, you never know which artist will win that popularity contest, but you can almost be certain that you’ll see something silly.

Well, we definitely saw something silly alright.

It’s pretty hard to try and look good and come out looking like an 80-year-old woman, but Kim did just that. Bravo.

The red carpet can make even good outfits look bland compared to others, but when you have something as awful as this, bland would be a compliment.

Afterward, it was reported that she grabbed the early bird special, and then took a nap afterward. But not before her stories.

She gained a little weight since the last time everyone saw her singing or doing anything in public. This isn’t a bad thing.

But when you wear clothes that barely fit when you were skinny, then you have an issue.

This mini dress would be okay if you enjoy stripping on the weekends or going to a club, but not on stage.

Yikes.

Jennifer Lopez

I’m not even sure if this counts as an outfit, but here we go.

J-Lo, seen singing on stage, was wearing some sort of sparkly, transparent outfit, which may or may not be appropriate for anyone under the age of 21. I’m not sure who thought this looked good, but he’s probably looking for a job right now.

It’s only been 2012 for a few days now, but we’ve already got some great tips and trends to keep you stylish in the New Year. Lucky Magazine and ABC News recently did a story about some of the must have trends that everyone will be wearing this year and how to get them for a decent price.

Hope everyone had a great Christmas! I was super busy traveling around so didn’t have a chance to make many updates over the holidays. Getting ready for a big New Year’s bash and if you are anything like me you’ve been thinking about what to wear for weeks now! I like to make a statement on New Years Eve and dress ultra fancy. It’s a special night so I always want to look the part.

The fashion divas put together a really fantastic article with different styles that one might want to consider for NYE this year. My favorite has to be the classic cocktail dress look (as pictured in this post). The cocktail dress is one of the best choices for a New Years party because it’s a little out of the ordinary and can help you stand out from the crowd. You’ll look super pretty and sophisticated at the same time. I’ll be going with some kind of textured fabric along with plain black wedge heels.

I am a sucker for a good deal, so when I saw on Facebook from a friend of mine that JustFab.com was having a big Cyber Monday sale I figured I would give it a try. I had heard about this type of shoe club in the past but hadn’t gotten around to signing up. For those who have never heard of it before, let me fill you in…

JustFab is a shoe club ran by Kimora Lee Simmons and is similar to ShoeDazzle.com which is ran by Kim Kardashian. When signing up for the site you are asked to take a fashion personality quiz that asks you basic questions to help gauge your sense of fashion. Then at the start of each month a stylist picks out shoes that they think you will like based on the answers you gave during your quiz. It’s a pretty fun and interesting concept.

So I signed up a couple weeks ago during their Cyber Monday sale and I saw some shoes that I loved right away. Going off the member reviews left on the site I ordered a super cute pair of leopard print heels and a nice looking pair of grey boots. The shoes and boots themselves got here within a week and I was pretty impressed at the quality. Not expecting much for under $40, I was pleasantly surprised and will most definitely order another pair when I see something else that catches my eye.

For me, its more than just the shoes though. It’s the whole concept and idea that intrigues me. I can really see how its going to be fun each month to log in and see what shoes show up in my boutique. While I didn’t care much for all the styles that I was presented with, there was a wide variety which is a good thing. They also offer other products aside from just shoes such as handbags, jewelry and denim. Although I have yet to try anything other than their shoes personally, I found someone who has. For those of you who don’t know, I am from Toronto, Canada (Yes, believe it or not we can be pretty fashionable up here!) and it can get mighty cold here during the winter months. Those of you living in colder climates probably already know the challenge of staying warm but still looking hot during the winter time. Save those old knitted sweaters for this year’s ugly sweater Christmas party and put on something that will make you feel hot on the inside and out.

The first thing anyone should do is to invest in a nice warm winter jacket. You’ll want to get one that is appropriate for the climate you live in. Obviously someone living up in Minnesota will need a heavier jacket then someone living down in Arkansas. I’d highly advise sticking with neutral colors (browns, greys or blacks). One winter I was bold and bought a white coat… It looked nice when it was clean, but keeping it clean was more hassle than it was worth.

Always remember to layer up! This is a great secret to keeping warm but still being able to wear what you want. You could try wearing a camisole under your t-shirt or a tank top underneath a thin long sleeved shirt. You can still wear a dress, but be sure to put on some tights and thermal leggings.

And most importantly, always have a nice pair of mitts along with some warm boots and different colored scarves in your closet. Having a variety of scarves that you can wear with any outfit is key. Not only do they keep you all cozy and warm, but they can really add a great look to any outfit.

I am a sucker for anything sparkly (as long as it’s tasteful) and I’m always looking for new ideas to glam up my winter wardrobe. That’s why I wanted to share with you this quick slideshow from Refinery29 with a few great ideas on how to add a little sparkle into your life this winter season. The best part is these are all fairly inexpensive ways to get your glitter on over the holidays.

When I look to add a little bit of sparkle it’s mostly in the shoes for me. For most of my holiday Christmas parties this year you’ll probably find me wearing some nice glittery shoes with my outfits. They look especially great with any animal print dresses or plain dresses accented with a little fur. Or if you really want to stand out from the crowd, an entire metallic dress would do the trick! I’m not that daring though

There’s just something about this time of year that brings out the sparkle in all of us!
